ASSESSMENT OF ECONOMIC EFFICIENCY FUNCTIONING OF QUALITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM AT REPAIR SHOPS
Reliability of machines of agricultural production is one of the most important problems which compels to create projects of new technologies of restoration and to think of effective use of material resources. The costs of quality, their types and forms are usually defined by standards of the enterprise. The authors consider the changes of the elements of costs of quality for repair shops in the introduction of the quality management system. For calculations, the table of economic effects based on time factor was made. Also, the economic effect of introduction of the quality management system was calculated. For detection of design offers on the condition of financial activity of the enterprise, there were performed some calculations of profitability of sales, capital productivity, profitability, labor productivity, and turnover of assets. The analysis enabled to draw a conclusion that the introduction of the system of quality management allows to reduce internal and external losses. However, it will result in a slight increase in the costs of control and preventive expenses. At that, the profit will increase due to the decrease in prime cost
