Training of personnel on the basis of higher education currently does not allow obtaining a specialist who is fluent in practical knowledge, skills and abilities in their profession. In this regard, it is necessary to use the experience of foreign countries in training personnel for the hospitality industry. Higher education learning can be improved by providing practical work experience that is relevant to the career goals of students, like a co-op work Experience that offers benefits to all those involved in the educational process: students, institutions and employers. This direction is defined as a program in which periods of study alternate with periods of practical skills in production. Cooperative work is distributed over semesters and covers different segments of training programs.
