The authors analyze the positions of Russian and foreign scientists on this issue, and consider the nature and structure of this concept. The process of formation and development of corporate culture in the enterprise deserves special attention, because it is possible to regulate the employees&amp;rsquo; behavior on the basis of values, that are relevant to the organization. The study was carried out in a construction company in the city of Novy Oskol (Belgorod Region). The analysis revealed the fact, that the corporate culture was not well developed, it was on an average level and required improvement. Based on the study, the authors offer some recommendations for the development of corporate culture of the company. As one of the recommendations, it is offered to consider the introduction of a corporate newspaper in the company. The main purpose of the newspaper is informing the employees&amp;rsquo; on the company&amp;rsquo;s activity, its success and challenges, strengthening trust to its leaders, clarification of company policy, etc.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>This article presents an analysis of the corporate culture of the organization.
