The relevance of the problem raised in the article in relation to the tourism sector of the economy follows from the goals outlined in the Concept of Technological Development for the period up to 2030, as well as in the Strategy for the development of tourism in the Russian Federation for the period up to 2030 –ensuring the development of high-tech sectors of the economy, preserving and developing the human country's potential. Based on the analysis of the discourses of the concept of “technological sovereignty” in foreign and domestic scientific literature, including in relation to the industry, the authors study the technological threats and challenges in the field of tourism, which are the prerequisites for the concept of technological sovereignty of the tourism sector of the Russian economy put forward by the authors. According to the authors, the technological basis of the domestic system for managing the development of tourism in the regions should include solving problems associated with the creation of a tourist technological ecosystem, which is based on the formation of a digital ecosystem of the tourism sector of the economy in order to model the main reproductive proportions of regional tourism products, and ultimately, and parameters of the country's tourism product.
