Educational environment builds up the basis of the formation and development of society, and resource exchange leads to changes of environment in both positive and negative ways. The article presents the author's position, which is dictated by the changes in the modern educational process. This process is presented as a multifaceted system of relations in the social community. The focus is on resource exchanges in the educational process as a synergetic technology that allows to analyze and to show significant problems. It also considers subject-object relationships in the educational market within the framework of competitiveness.
