The author determines the main areas of influence of the specificity of work on labor motivation of bank employees. The author also offers an approach to the allocation of personnel groups of banks. The activities of workers that make up these groups has a significant difference. Therefore, those differences should be considered as a significant factor in increasing the work efficiency.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The article describes some aspects of the specificity of work in the banking sector.
