In the conditions of the new reality and progressive development of the municipal economy, there is a need to create natural and high-quality products that had no analogues earlier in the regional space. The Tobolsk municipal district has a huge potential for deposits of berry crops, which have a sufficient supply of useful and medicinal properties that can later be used in various sectors of the economy. When studying the territory using the methods of cadastral, economic and social analysis, the focus of the research was determined, the legislative and legal basis for the placement of production, its economic validity were studied, which served as the basis for the scientific novelty of this study. The assessment and calculation of the investment potential of the municipality showed that the territory has all the necessary characteristics to create a production service, and processed berry crops could become a brand that is popular not only with domestic consumers, but also abroad. This production will allow in the future to support the incomes of the population, give an impetus to the development of exports of products, and the municipality will increase its attractiveness and competitiveness in the regional space.
