This article analyzes project management methodologies, emphasizing the importance of synthesizing traditional and adaptive approaches to meet the evolving demands of the market environment. In the context of continuous technological and managerial progress, significant attention is given to flexible methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, and Kanban, which enable project teams to rapidly adapt to new circumstances and mitigate risks. However, projects with clearly defined parameters and requirements, where strict control and predictability are critical, necessitate the use of traditional management methods, such as the predictive Waterfall model.
