The author discusses the need to take into account the national peculiarities of the personnel of organizations to build an effective organizational culture. Besides, the author specifies the parameters for evaluating the cultural stereotypes in labor behavior based on national identity, and describes some findings of a sociological study carried out in Russian organizations.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The article covers the problems arising from the internationalization of management at the present stage of economic development.
