The paper provides a comparative analysis of the key advantages and limitations of integrated cooperation between business structures in the format of strategic partnerships operating in the context of the transformation of the modern economy and management. General scientific methods of analysis and synthesis were used in writing the article, as well as specific methods: monographic, abstract-logical, and content analysis of various studies. The authors provide examples of successful foreign and domestic practices of business structures actively implementing integration mechanisms and tools, demonstrating their effectiveness in various industries and activities. The analysis revealed the most significant factors in successful strategic business integration, enabling the formation of sustainable and long-term partnerships. Based on the results of the study, the authors identified key areas for the development of strategic business integration based on the creation of sustainable partnerships, the implementation of which will lead to a synergistic effect for all participants in the cooperation. The findings and recommendations will be useful both for scholars studying the dynamics and characteristics of interactions between business structures and for practicing managers interested in streamlining the management of partnership projects at various stages of their lifecycle. Future research could focus on a detailed study of the impact of advanced technologies on business interaction formats and partnerships, as well as an analysis of the specifics of integration processes in various economic sectors, which will allow for a deeper understanding of their specific features and clarify key areas for further development.&amp;nbsp;</p>
<trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>This article addresses the scientific and practical challenge of identifying key areas for strategic integration development through building partnerships between companies in the context of dynamic changes in society, the economy, and business.
