Online company employee motivation tools
An urgent issue for most managers in the field of small and medium-sized businesses is the possibility of operational control over the productivity of employees in the online environment. This is due to the fact that the dynamics of the online environment is growing rapidly, and competition is growing. And the rapid adaptation of the company will allow it to be more competitive. So, one of the tools for rapid adaptation of the company is the motivation of employees. In our opinion, an important point is to determine the rational approach to performance indicators by employees themselves. In the course of the research, we tested the axiological approach, which is aimed at identifying the values of employees in order to improve their performance. So, we proposed to focus on such an important tool as the VEP (valuable end product). VEP is seen as the main goal of the employee. And provided that employees understand what and how to influence, their effectiveness increases systematically. Secondly, the implementation of the calculation of daily indicators of employee motivation is aimed at improving their performance, saving the manager time for calculating results and determining growth zones. The article considers the material and non-material tools of employee motivation within the company's life cycle. In the course of the analysis, we proposed an algorithm for describing the key performance indicators of employees, taking into account the company's life cycle and the actions of financial levers, and described the key performance indicators of online school employees. Based on the results of the analysis, we proposed options for the employee motivation system in the online environment. These recommendations are based on practical experience and the motivation system can be improved over time. Thus, the proposed motivation options are aimed at ensuring that the employee determines their growth zones and can quickly calculate their payment and take actions to improve the financial situation. Recommendations for the implementation of online school employee motivation tools are given. In our opinion, it is advisable to review the motivation system every year, as the market develops, competition grows and the wishes of employees also change. A very important point is that each employee knows the final valuable product, can quickly calculate the effectiveness, share feedback on payment and understand that his opinion is also taken into account. What a company earns is when an employee earns, all in one chain and working towards a common goal.
