Formation of a modern view on the development of inclusivity in tourism
This article examines inclusive tourism as a complex system of partnerships based on the possibility of socio-economic development of the tourism industry and society. Inclusive tourism is a direction of recreational tourism, where a person, being in certain conditions, gets new knowledge, has a rest, restores physical and spiritual strength. Currently, an inclusive approach is becoming a modern trend in the development of tourism. This direction is focused on the tourism industry as a whole, the professional activities of employees, areas of employment, business development, etc. An inclusive approach is developing in many countries, but it has its own specific features different from the Russian one. The development of inclusive tourist destinations based on the ability of tourism to integrate different groups of the population and benefit from its activities is in the center of attention of international tourism organizations. Tourism after leaving the COVID restrictions will be extremely popular with different people, because the disadvantage of adventure, rest, positive emotions will allow everyone to find time and money to organize a holiday. Due to the serious transformations that are necessary for the development of inclusivity in tourism, attention should be paid to the development of infrastructure, improving the technological quality of services, changing standards in the organization of tours and the standardization system of the hotel and restaurant industry, determining new parameters of digitalization.
