Main approaches to the formation of state policy in the field of quality
The state policy in the field of quality has a significant impact on the competitiveness of enterprises and their entry into world markets. An important task in the development of state policy is to improve the quality of the business environment. This involves the formation of such conditions for creating and maintaining a business, under which more efficient functioning and management of enterprises and organizations can be achieved. The pertinence of the study stems from the need to analyze the main provisions and the evolution of approaches to the formation and implementation of state policy in the field of quality assurance and improvement. The study used both general scientific and analytical methods of cognition. All this made it possible to study this problem. In the course of the study, the authors used regulatory materials on state policy in the field of quality. The study analyzed the impact of the state on socio-economic processes through the formation of quality policy at the national level. It has been determined that in modern economic conditions, the solution of problems and problems that arise in the field of quality management is the basis for the stable development of the state, and a high level of product and service quality increases the country's competitiveness in the world market. At the same time, it was noted that the state policy in the field of quality has an impact on the production of competitive high-quality products, since the state, when implementing such a policy, stimulates manufacturers and provides them with support in the manufacture of products of an appropriate quality level. The study identified priorities in the development of the state in the quality of goods and services: the active struggle of Russian products to enter the world market; improving the quality of domestic agricultural products; improving the efficiency of enterprises, their management systems.
