Management of the development of innovative entrepreneurship in Russia
Currently, there is a significant need in Russia for the development of innovative entrepreneurship. Today, in order to intensify economic development, as well as to increase the competitiveness of the state economy, it is important to provide not only quantitative economic indicators, but also to promote the development of the sphere of innovation, intellectual activity, and create favorable conditions for the development of innovative entrepreneurship. First of all, this is due to the fact that due to the sanctions on the supply of high-tech goods that were introduced by unfriendly countries, Russia was left without supplies of many items of the commodity nomenclature, which refers to those goods that ensure the functioning of the domestic industry. Due to these events, the domestic industry, primarily the automotive industry, is experiencing great difficulties in producing products for the end consumer. The number of sanctions imposed against Russia is unprecedented in world practice. Without the development of its own innovative entrepreneurship, the Russian Federation risks facing a technological rollback in many sectors of the national economy, which will lead to a decrease in the of domestic goods and their final displacement from world markets. The study of world experience in this area shows that the intensification of innovative entrepreneurship is significantly influenced by the general motivation to create, use innovations and their products. Mutually beneficial cooperation of participants in innovation activities contributes to the technological renewal of economic enterprises, ensures the growth of industry, the creation of high-tech industries. In connection with the above, the author of this article has attempted a scientific analysis and critical understanding of the problem of managing the development of innovative entrepreneurship in modern Russia. In the future, the results of the analysis will help to bring positive experience in solving problems related to innovative entrepreneurship.
