STAFF COMPETITIVENES AS A KEYSTONE OF THE EDUCATIONAL ENVIRONMENT DEVELOPMENT
Staff competitiveness is a widely discussed topic. Its multidimensional nature is emphasized by the fact that competitiveness can be considered in terms of a particular enterprise, industry or the country as a whole. The conditions of competitiveness of personnel are set out in the educational process of the institution. Competitiveness includes a number of socio-economic characteristics, which may indicate the person's position in the market, i.e. the process of his/ her «sale» as a specialist. The formation of an innovative approach to the concept of staff competitiveness will enable a broader consideration of various issues in the personnel management system in the labour market, in organizations, and will also enable to define a vector of development of the educational environment. Personnel is the main factor of competitiveness, economic growth and efficiency of enterprises and sectors of the economy as a whole.
