Regulation of restaurant business development in the conditions of the current unstable situation in Donbass
The relationship between the state and the economy is one of the central problems, because the state performs the most important and diverse functions in the economic system. The pertinence of the study stems from the need to intensify the development of the restaurant business, which is possible through competent economic regulation, taking into account the synergistic impact on the economic situation as a whole in the region and the country and based on the selection of optimal solutions and appropriate economic policies, taking into account the mutually beneficial cooperation of all subjects of market relations in the production process, sales and organization of consumption of products and services of the restaurant business. The state should influence the process of development of the restaurant business using the whole variety of interrelated methods of regulation, which at the same time reveal their interdependence, regardless of the level at which they are applied. In accordance with the set goal, a structural and logical diagram of the economic development mechanism was proposed, which is based on the main economic levers and at the same time includes the result of the development of the restaurant business. Thus, solving the problems of developing the restaurant business involves implementing a whole range of measures to implement the economic regulatory mechanism. The main task today is to determine the feasibility of their use to optimize the development process. The proposed economic mechanism for the development of the restaurant business can be useful in determining a set of effective development tools based on the specific operating conditions of the restaurant business establishment.
