THE PROBLEM OF INCREASING COMPETITIVENESS OF CONSTRUCTION COMPANIES PRODUCTS
The issues of increasing competitiveness of construction companies products were considered on the example of a building complex, namely the enterprises using the wood in their production. A great emphasis is given to quality indicators of the produce and stability of the product’s quality. It is shown that the construction of wooden lodgings has a great potential, but its extension is constrained by imperfection of the tree growing technology. The forest plantations of genetically modified tree species appear to be an effective and feasible way to solve this problem. The proposed activities will allow not only to increase the competitiveness of the building complex companies in the near future, but to improve the ecological situation.
