Perfection of labor potential as a basis for the development of recreational services
The growth of dynamism in the development of economic relations, including recreation, leads to an increase in the significant role of a person of labor based on knowledge, skills and abilities. A person and his/her work potential require new research on his improvement, the development of self-learning abilities, and innovation aimed at structural changes in organizations and leading to sound goals. Therefore, new research is needed to specify the content of the definition of "labor potential" and develop methods for its improvement. Based on a systematic approach, the causal relationships of the integration process of building labor potential, which has a real driving force, were identified. Its qualitative and quantitative content and ways of development based on the developed principles were clarified. Building labor potential actualizes the task of constantly growing sources of improving the quality of services based on new opportunities for labor resources with the creation of their proper potential to ensure the necessary economic efficiency, which becomes the desired labor potential. The identified problems and factors of labor potential development, objects and functions, as well as the proposed rules and methods allowed us to propose a process model for improving the qualitative, quantitative and structural content of labor potential.
