PRACTICAL METHODS OF FORMATION AND DEVELOPMENT OF ORGANIZATIONAL CULTURE

The issues of formation and development of organizational culture are of particular relevance and importance. With this field, many researchers dealing with problems of management, associate the possibility of survival and conquest of leadership positions of organizations on the market in difficult economic conditions. While great importance is the right choice of methods of personnel management, ensuring the formation and development of organizational culture in the desired direction for the organization. The article presents the author's approach to the selection of factors influencing organizational culture. The author discusses the principles that should be considered in the implementation of practical measures on the formation and development of organizational culture. Besides, the article presents the systematization of personnel management for coordinating organizational and personal interests and values, taking into account characteristics inherent in different types of organizational culture.
