She was awarded the Badge "For merits in the development of science of the Republic of Kazakhstan".
She was the executor and head of grant fundamental scientific projects through the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan:
- "A model for the formation of a competitive economy based on structural, technological and innovative transformations in the Republic of Kazakhstan" (under the leadership of Academician Sagadiev K.A.);
- "Justification of the model of sustainable development of the regions of Kazakhstan and the priorities of its implementation" (performed by IE MES RK);
- "Approaches to the development of forecasts of labor market needs, taking into account the development of new industries and technologies" (performed by IE MES RK);

- Head of the fundamental scientific topic: "Study of the problems of formation and development of a new quality of economic growth in Kazakhstan at the stage of transition to postindustrialization" within the framework of the priority program of fundamental research "Formation and development of a new quality of the economy in the context of globalization: strategy, institutions and mechanisms";
- scientific consultant on the fundamental research topic: "Innovative activity in Kazakhstan and features of the evaluation of an innovative project";
- Head of the fundamental scientific topic: "Innovative approaches to the implementation and management of inclusive education in universities of the Republic of Kazakhstan"

Research interests: management in higher education, human capital, innovations in educational and business spheres, competitiveness of the economy by industry and field of activity, financial aspects of higher education development, integration of stakeholders in the higher education market.
