SCIENTIFIC BASIS OF RESEARCHES IN THE FIELD OF STRATEGIC
The article covers some results of the work on the formation of scientific basis of researches in the field of strategic management of natural-recreational resources at the regional level. The author discusses the modern views on scientific basis as a special paradigm for conducting researches from the standpoint of strategic management of tourism development. The obtained results are systematized according to the following main areas: conceptual basis; materials about theory and methodology; principles and procedures of strategic planning for recreation and tourism development. The author also describes the main difficulties connected with scientific bases and their formation. For the study of the morphological structure of natural complexes from the position of strategic management of natural-recreational resources, the author describes an algorithm consisting of three blocks, including 18 interrelated operations.
