Development of a system of criteria for assessing the level of tourist urban services
Tourist service is a set of activities aimed at providing tourists with various facilities when buying and consuming services and goods during travel and staying outside their permanent place of residence. Tourist service includes: urban tourist infrastructure (various types of urban transport, street and pedestrian network, sports infrastructure, hotel industry, cultural and leisure infrastructure, and cultural heritage objects). The second component is technology: urban services that increase the comfort of the lives of tourists, citizens and low-mobility groups; development of Wi-Fi networks and internet booking systems and online and/or cashless payment of places of residence, transport services, purchase of tickets to museums, cinema, attractions, etc. The third important component of the tourist service is the environment: the level of landscaping, ecology and safety. When analyzing the development of urban tourist service, we propose to use a set of criteria that will make it possible to assess the state of the infrastructure needed in tourism, the development of modern technologies, as well as the state of the environment. Calculation of a generalized index of tourist service of urbanized space is carried out on the basis of criteria values. The tourist service index is the sum of the values of all criteria.
