Mechanisms of personnel policy used in the activities of the hotel enterprise "Priokskaya Hotel" (Kaluga)
Employees of the hospitality industry directly help to sell hotel products and the quality of hotel services depends on the professionalism of the staff. For visitors to hotels and other accommodation facilities, it is especially important to create a friendly, friendly atmosphere in hotels. In this regard, the improvement of the personnel policy of the activities of hotel enterprises in order to increase the efficiency of functioning is an urgent direction of the development of a particular hotel. For the effective development of personnel policy in all hotel enterprises, a scientifically based approach to working with personnel at hospitality enterprises is necessary. This approach should include the development of personnel in various areas. Accordingly, the purpose of the work will be the analysis of the management system and the development of mechanisms of personnel policy of the state enterprise "Priokskaya Hotel" (Kaluga) as a mechanism to increase the efficiency of its functioning. Development of directions for the development of personnel policy in this placement facility, such as own professional development of personnel service employees; analysis of the interview of an employee of the personnel department and the head of a structural unit; registration of a candidate for a probationary job, as well as more comprehensive use of the appraisal system of the hotel "appraisal", along with providing employees with various training programs designed for both employees starting their professional activities at the hotel and employees already working at the hotel, will allow to implement a high-quality hotel product and increase the rating of the hotel.
