SERVICEOLOGY AS A HUMAN SCIENCE AND THE SCIENCE OF HUMAN NEEDS

The article covers some features of a scientific discipline of «Serviceology» and its role in the training of future services specialists. The authors discuss the necessity of systematization of scientific knowledge about the human being from the perspective of serviceology. They also reveal the social and natural integrity of the human being, propose and describe the model of a «services consuming person».
