Development of a mechanism for improving the anti-crisis management system of a food industry enterprise
In the period from 2020 to 2024, food industry enterprises faced numerous challenges caused by the global pandemic, disruptions to supply chains, changes in consumer behavior, and economic instability. In response, a number of existing anti-crisis strategies have demonstrated low effectiveness in maintaining and developing food industry enterprises. At the same time, the effectiveness of anti-crisis strategies should be assessed by the totality of certain indicators, their dynamics and comparison with similar results before the implementation of measures. An important aspect is not only the short-term success, but also the long-term sustainability of the enterprise. The current situation necessitated the development of a mechanism for improving the anti-crisis management system of a food industry enterprise. The purpose of the study is to develop recommendations on the formation of a mechanism for improving the anti-crisis management system of a food industry enterprise. Research methods: comparative analysis, risk analysis method, scenario method, roadmap. The result of the research is a mechanism for improving the anti-crisis management system of a food industry enterprise. The authors conclude that the anti-crisis management system of a food industry enterprise needs constant improvement to adapt to the changing operating conditions of enterprises.
